For the house that I most recently bought Michael Salonga was my realtor. I had previously worked with Anastasia Salonga on the buy and sell of my last home and she was amazing, dedicated and thorough working with me and advising me on every turn. Loved working with her!!! For my most recent buying process with Michael, I was beyond pleased and he went above and beyond. He put me in contact with an superb loan officer and insurance officer who did all of the leg work for me. He is a master of his trade and knows the ins and outs of the real estate business! There were bumps in the road not caused by Michael but he made getting over them super easy and reduced my stress levels immensely. When we couldn't close on time he worked amendments to get me in the home early to move my belongings into the home and then even for us to do an early move in. Due to Michael's superior knowledge and dedication I saved money and time. He was always professional, on time and pleasant to work with. And believe me, I belabored him with questions and needs that he was able to answer and assist with. I will only be using Michael, Anastasia and the NAS Real Estate Professionals in the future with all of my home buying, selling, and renting needs!! SUPERB & TOP NOTCH PERFORMANCE!!!!

My wife and I met Michael at a random open house by chance and immediately knew we wanted Michael in our corner. He is very friendly and approachable and worked with my wife and I throughout the entire process of our home purchase. Michael even met with us when we weren't sure we were 100% ready to buy a house to take the time to explain the pro's and con's to buying a house or not. Michael also responds almost immediately and fights for what his clients need. He recommends a good team for when it comes time for closing; my wife and I hardly had to lift a finger when it came time to close. We couldn't be more grateful to Michael and his team and will recommend him and his team enthusiastically to anyone in need or his/their services.

Michael from NAS Real Estate helped me purchase my first home. I was very nervous about going into this process for the first time but after only the first few days it was very clear that I was in great hands. It is amazing how easy he made the whole process feel and it was apparent that I was cared about. Any question I had was always answered quickly and thoroughly, regardless of what day or time it was. Now that I am in my new home I cannot express my gratitude enough, It was an amazing experience.

By far Michael has been the most honest, hard working and most knowledgeable agent we have experienced. The process in renting out our Virginia Beach home would have not been possible without the representation of Michael. We would certainly use NAS Real Estate again for all our real estate needs.
